We came up with the name Pinch because it was what we do on a constant basis while we’re cooking. It’s a pinch of salt, a pinch of spice, a pinch of pepper and that was the original idea. It was a pinch of something to do your meal. As we went through the lengthy process of opening and creating Pinch, it kind of developed a new meaning… it was a little bit a pinch of everybody that put their soul and their hard work into what Pinch is now.
