Chefs John Gallo and Rene Reyes have curated a special menu to be paired with the natural wines in Cerdá, Llanos & Cía’s portfolio. Chefs Gallo and Reyes will go through each course as Martin from Cerdá, Llanos & Cía talk about each wine being poured to give attendees a better understanding of Natural Wines.
Sunshine Provisions will be donating some of the proteins in the dinner that evening.
Amber Love Bond from MIA Bites will be developing the dessert together with Frice Cream who is also donating the ice cream.
The cost of the dinner is $95 per person not inclusive of tax and gratuity.
